The unfortunate thing is that if that is the advice he gave you, and you did it, then you would think that as a matter of good business they would replace it for you. However, nobody would ever believe that a person told you this, let alone admit that they hire employess so dumb.

Well, my previously drowned phone seems to be working now. I guess airing it out solved all the problems after all. Keys are working fine, and the screen brightness looks good.

Now I don't have to drop cash on a new phone!
