1. Welcome to the new Styleforum!

We are currently fine-tuning the forum for your browsing pleasure, so bear with any lingering dust as we work to make Styleforum even more awesome than it was. I'd like to keep you abreast of the improvements we've made over the past few days.
@notification emails have been added, in response to user requests

Attached images are now Full Size by default

Users are now all allowed three (3) links in their signature files,

SSL certification is now in place so you can all browse securely.

The server has been reconfigured so that site speeds will improve.

Notice: Right now the site is slow because we are fixing all the images from the past 4 months. Many of you noticed that these were missing, and we are fixing that problem now. Unfortunately, it is taking up a lot of resources and causing the site to be slow.

Oh, and don’t forget to head over to the Styleforum Journal, because we’re giving away two pairs of Carmina shoes to celebrate our move!

Please address any questions about using the new forum to support@styleforum.net

    Do we get special pins?

Let's see how the logo comes out.

Perhaps with a coat hanger on them? Or has that been done?

The Joan Crawford room is in the back ally. We keep it nicely stocked.

Oooo. I'll do the logo! I have Photoshop and am highly proficient at making curved lines.

Mine will be much, much cooler. It will be at least as good as a coat hanger. Maybe even as good as one with a coat on it.

Foof away. Just make sure you give the project some thought before rushing to photoshop. We want some depth here, not a one-liner.

No slight to M, but I'm thinking we need to certify some artisans to design the logo.

If we had ranks, you would be promoted. Maybe you'll get to sit at your table once in a while.

Perhaps. Do you have a club logo?

    I propose:

Do you like how I elected myself to the club? Sneaky, eh?

I dunno. Who's giving the most free stuff? That seems to be a common Internet selection method.

This sets a high bar. Foo won't even have to look down to walk under it. But I have faith in his lines.

I question any club that would have me as a member.

Sorry, there's already a Groucho Club.

I only steal from the best, and I had the courtesy to tweak the line for the 21st century.

I think it's already in use. But if not, it needs to be carved. None of that steamed horn crap for me. This club needs to be classy.

I read somewhere that I am big in spirit so I can hardly begrudge a rat refuge when his ship sinks. Welcome aboard.

I propose a club uniform: cream linen double-breasted suits for all.
