My new Thom Browne loafers (pics!)

After weighing the options carefully, I finally decided to take the plunge and pick up a pair of TB shoes. When I opened the UPS box today, I almost crapped my pants. These shoes are the most beautiful I have ever seen. Every detail seems to have been painfully planned...the prematurely-cracked leather, perfectly squared duckbill toe, ridged rubber sole (for extra stability

); this shoe is truly a work of art.

When I was asking around for opinions on it, many said that I could simply purchase a carbon copy from Kenneth Cole for about $80. First off, that's a joke. Everyone knows that KC is NOT Thom Browne. Look at the TB label securely fastened to the insole. Labels don't lie!

Secondly, the Kenneth Cole shoes don't match my TB aesthetic. When I wear knee-high socks and Catholic schoolboy shorts, these loafers are the only things that would look right with them. I mean, could you imagine putting Kenneth Cole loafers on your feet with that ensemble? The mere thought makes me want to puke. Only TB should be complimented by TB. Some more shots of this quality shoe. For $3700, I feel like I got a true bargain. Hope you guys love them as much as I do!

(note: the sole is stamped "Kenneth Cole." This must have been a manufacturer's error as these are NOT KC, they are Thom Browne.)

Connemara, have you thought about being a TB model?

I think you have what it takes.

A perfect update of the classic duckbill style ruined by use of the Tricolore.

Wow, that is simply HOT ACTION.

So TB made his shoe bags out of genuine kangaroo scrotums?

These bitches are exclusive.

now that you mention scrotums...

I was thinking about all that shortness and smaller than normal elements on the Thom Browne stetic...

Could it be phalic related ?
