my new mtm suit has weird fit on my back

I just received my new kent wang mtm suit. From the front it appears to have a great fit. However, I noticed that the back doesnt drape smoothly on my lower back. I emailed kent and am waiting to hear back, but is this something a tailor can fix? I have an unlined jacket, so there isnt a lot of extra cloth. Also, any other adjustments that can be recommended?
