My groomsmen attire

I am having trouble deciding on what my groomsmen should wear for my upcoming wedding. As of now they are wearing charcoal suits with plum ties that match, and I will be wearing a light grey suit with silver tie and possibly tie bar.
Should they wear matching ties, or should i switch it up with different ties for each guy in the color story? Just want to add some type of little personality.
