I did. They denied there is a color problem even though it's evident there's one. I even showed the shirt to my friends who concurred about the color problem.

And I'm saying this w/o drawing attention to the fact that despite them agreeing that they will accede to my requests for a split yoke and pattern matching, they didn't execute either.

Wow, that's poor form.

I've got to say, the results I have seen coming from lee baron lately have been very mixed.

I imagine the shirt is a very light color other than white. The cuff and collar are multiple layers and render the color differently. They should know from their experience how to deal with this.
When they don't offer split yokes and don't match patterns without you asking for it, it is better not to ask.

Your jacket has two issues on the front, a short strap and the shape of the front edge below the button is too straight. Both of these together cause the fronts to overlap like this.
The trouser is not cut to match the way you stand and causes all the wrinkling on the back part.

Find someone who styles and fits the way you want rather than try to train them to do what you want.

Sleeve, jacket and trouser length all may be fine - not entirely clear from the pics - but the quarters of the jacket are very closed. Not my cup of tea, but if that's how you like it, all the more power to you.

Though I must add that shirts are a steal, hence it didn't matter that much to me that the patterns were not matched, or that they didn't offer a split yoke.

What I was most irked about was the color discrepancy. It was a sky blue shirt with white stripes.

Don't accept it, return it and ask them what cloth to use to avoid the issue.
