To tight. in the hips, chest, armhole is to high. sleeves too narrow.
This is very subjective. There are lots of people who prefer this kind of fit.
want a cheap tight shirt? go to H & M. wash and throw the shirt in a hot dryer.
What does H&M have to do with it?
he's saying that the look the OP achieved with his MTM (i.e. too tight fitting) is essentially the same type, ill-fitting shirt you could buy for a fraction of the cost at H&M and throwing in the dryer. If you're going to do MTM, get it right. The OP is not sure what "getting it right" means, so I suppose that is why he's posting here.
