Not enough branding on them. Paying all that money, how are people supposed to know you're wearing Gucci?

lol

I thought loafers were not sf approved, did I miss the memo?

Someone mentioned that the soles did not look like they would last, they look like leather soles to me... am I wrong?

since this thread got a lot of attention, i might as well post my question here. (im not trying to steal your thread...simply showing you what I like/am looking for lol)

I would like to have a pair of drivers/loafers that I can wear when I travel, I hate having to deal with laces at the airport....damn but now I have to walk barefoot for 10 seconds....I always been uncomfortable with showing my toes....o well. So guys, can you recommend a good pair? I do not want visible branding and I care a lot about construction. I would like to keep this in the 300 USD range but I will go up if I am really impressed.

I've seen plenty of women / girls pull on a pair of socks for this exact purpose

As for under $300, I'm a big fan of Arfango. Sole is not as sexy but it's more durable than your standard driver:

Why not wear chelsea boots to the airport? Easy slip on and off

One negative feedback should not spoil thousands of very positive feedbacks.
Regards.

You know you can buy feedback right? A couple negative feedback(s) about fakes should be an INSTANT red flag.

Enjoy your fake Made in China Guccis though.

Yes we do... however we try not to pay too much for them though.

I didn't like loafers much until I picked these ones up for $70. I much prefer this style than the OP's Gucci stuff:

^ Australian department store David Jones' house brand. Picked them up at their discount outlet.

I think the flight to Australia will outweigh their presence at their outlet store

There was one"Fake" feedback and it was from a an ebay store which when I visited found it empty and out of items.
There are about 4 or 5 exact shoes on sale on ebay(I checked each and everyone) and they were exactly the same and none have given a "fake: feedback.
Ebay buyers have a fierce competition and they can go to extreme lengths to damage each others reputation.
