My first (and probably last) MTM suit. Help with alterations.

Well, thanks everybody for the replies. I took the jacket to Paul at Wilshire Tailors and he echoed what you said. Even better, he showed me how it should've been cut by lifting the back a little. The jacket is beyond fixing, so I'll just wear the pants and stop fooling myself about online MTM. Shirts and pants can hide a lot of flaws, but jackets can't.

Good call, I am glad that you realized it's unfixable but you actually deserve this for ordering an online MTM suit.

It was an experiment, I wasn't expecting this to work, but after all the excellent shirts and pants I've received from MTM before I just had to try. Now, the question is what to wear these pants with.... Gonna go look up Spoo's fit pics.

If you open the quarters you are insane. Gianluca Isaia i think said that a good suit should fall so that ********* is covered.

I dont think its THAT bad. For on online MTM I wouldnt expect it much better. Slimming the sleeves and bringing in the chest would be a great benefit.

And great choice on the lapels...love those.
