What a great site! I am a little active on Ask Andy but glad I found this forum. I recently posted some pictures on Ask Andy of my Custom Suit by David reeves and a guy called "ALF TUPPER" said I should post them here.

David operates in New York and London. He is a young guy who has worked for Gieves and Hawkes Richard James and Prada. He is now offering his own Bespoke and custom services.

Here are the pictures:

He's doing custom with Loro piana and Dormeuil for $1500 for a two piece but he doesn't have lots of cloth in this range they tend to go for $2000. I went for a starting price cloth on this one though and got the whole three piece suit for 2 which I think is great.

He does Bespoke at $3000

The shirt is also his and this was $220

His Email is david@davidreevesbespoke if you want to get in touch with him

Suit looks really good. Question, did you use "custom" or "bespoke"? Also, if you don't mind me asking, did you go to London or NY?

Thanks

The only thing I noticed is that the left sleeve appears to be a touch shorter then the right one, otherwise a great fit and a fine suit.

I did this in NY and it was custom. He also does Bespoke which I am now trying.

The pants are way low for my taste, but that's obviously what you wanted.

I like the jacket.

Congrats.

I think it may be just the way I am posed or maybe somethings going on with the sleeve somewhere it's fine in the other photo's and in the flesh. I am very picky about this and before I got the working button holes put on we adjusted each sleeve so it was right.

Something's up with the shoulder line. It looks like you need more padding to smooth it out. Also, the sleeves don't seem to hang as cleanly as they could. It's hard to tell how the collar fits from your pictures.

If you really want to wear a vest, please consider getting high-waisted brace trousers. Few things look worse and more simply "incorrect" than belted trousers with a vest.

That said, the coat -- while not something I would ever wear myself -- looks like it fits very well, except for that left sleeve, but that may be how you are posed.

The vest is too short or the trousers are too low-rise.

I like the look and seems very nice. However, the back seems a bit off to me. Perhaps, the armholes need to be higher and the arms need to be a bit thinner. Just my 2 cents.

Sorry to jump in on a thread about me but felt I had to. Those trousers have side adjusters. What kind of animal would make a three piece suit with belt loops?
