LK, reporters are only allowed that close if they are accompanied by a fire officer which doesn't usually happen. The photographer just uses a huge lens to capture the pic.

is there any good guides to learning how to shoot at night and get the right exposure and all that junk in low lights or even in day time...

I have long been a fan of the Vaclavian school of photography, and Hangar E is sublime in its stark simplicity...but where is my personal favorite, "Newspaper Wrapped Fish, in Jacket Pocket"?

All the pictures I've posted so far were shot with a 3MP Pentax Optio S...

I haven't taken any cool pictures lately after I bought my D80 (go figure)
