Hi, So I ordered a pair of Herring Campden almost 6 months ago. Since then I've used them, carefully, around 2 times a week. I was very pleased with the shoes until recently. It appears the glue has started to loosen on the left heel which has led to that the heel outsole has been all flatten and loose. This has also caused the heel to drill into the sole and deforming it. The right shoe does not have this problem at all and I would say that speaks for a production fault or just very poor quality. I've mailed Herring Shoes about this several days ago but haven't yet received any response at all. To be honest I am quite disappointed as I do not expect a pair of shoes for 150 GBP to fall apart after so little use. I've attached a few images of the left shoe: Of course shoes become worn out after much use, but no way the heel should start fall off after 6 months after only using them 2 times a week?
