MW Nightmare

Please help.

My daughter thinks this is good. I think it should be remade.

My issues.. the shoulders, too wide in the front but more importantly, the back is a mess! Sleeves too long, Trousers too long..

Agree or no? Anything else?

Sleeves and trousers can be easily shortened so those aren’t major issues.

I personally think the shoulder width is fine. You are slim, and a little extension of the shoulder line can give the appearance of a little more upper body mass.

The back is trickier. You have relatively prominent shoulder blades, and those horizontal lines between your blades are lines of tension in the fabric being pulled across them. It is not likely that the MW folks will know how to alter the jacket to fix the problem. If you ask for a remake, there needs to be an option in the ordering system to account for the shoulder blades.

Is this a very lightweight fabric? If so, going up to a slightly heavier and/or darker (e.g. mid-grey, navy) fabric will hide some of the fit issues better. It is more difficult to get a lightweight fabric to hang cleanly everywhere.
