Cobbler Union museum brown. Lighting environment makes a big difference. First pic is when they were still brand new, fresh out of the box. Lighting is ambient indirect natural light through the window at dusk. Mottling is very subtle.

These are the next morning, after initial polishing, and in the direct morning sunlight.

Very nice, I like that the mottling effect is subtle in this pair. And you can tell that JLP only uses the best cuts of the leather.

I know that sizing questions are a bit boring, but how did you size these compared to St C classic last and EB 2102/b last?

sam size as the classic last, no idea about the EB last types, but in general, the same size

Tricker’s Appleton- my first foray into museum calf. I couldn’t say if the leather is from Ilcea or not, and Tricker’s won’t say, but I absolutely love the material and the fit.
