I am 5'9 and weigh 125 pounds, I am 5% body fat (not a ton of muscle tho, I've only been working out for about a year and a half now, and I am 15). I am in good shape and I work out for an hour every other day; lifting weights, ab lounge, etc. But I have never really developed "muscle boobs". What is the best/fastest way to develop muscle boobs. Should I do more on the ab-lounge or crunches or just keep doing what I'm doing and over time I will develop muscle boobs? Thanks for your help guys.
