S (also sold by Leffot) can do some nice looking MTO shoes. The wait might be more reasonable than G&G as well.

They are all top quality RTW. If you don't know much about shoes I'd suggest further education prior to spending $1200 on a pair. If you're not into this, just tell Leffot or Leather Soul that you're looking for a superior pair and get whatever you like the looks of. Just always buy for comfort over everything else.
