Tom Ford.

In all seriousness, your question is so general that it is impossible to answer. What is your price range? Do you only care about a roped shoulder? Do you want an Italian or American or English suit? Do you want a brand or willing to go to a private tailor etc etc

Isaia does with their Base V model, Zegna with their Roma model , and I am sure most Italian high end makers all have some sort of roped shoulder suit models.

Freeman's Sporting Club will order a roped shoulder for you. They are not cheap at all, but since Greenfield does their suits I'm guessing that ANY MTM service that uses Martin Greenfield can do a roped shoulder
