MTM Suits from Klein Epstein & Parker?

I ran into an interesting MTM franchise, Klein Epstein & Parker.
It seems they have a large number of base suits to start from for MTM.
The test jacket they pulled for me fit very, very well for OTR.
Their jackets are cut and finished in Belgium, half canvassed with full canvas option.

Does anybody have any experience using them? Comments regarding design and quality?

If ever I was forced to adopt MTM rather than bespoke, I would certainly not choose somewhere that required "test jackets" to make up for the salesman's inability to measure correctly.
