  • Epaulet x Styleforum Alpine Loden Collection

Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

Update: I went with an Enzo Custom suit in Charcoal Gray using their 2 ply super 150 in house fabric. Also having them make a white shirt to go with it. Due in June 10, I'll update then!

I had my first appointment at No Man Walks Alone. It took about an hour, and the staff were very professional.

They started by having me try on a few sizes, made some adjustments then moved to all the different options and fabric selection.

They have 5 fabric groups for a two-piece suit, fully lined: 1 at $1770, 2 at $1858, 3 at $1945, 4 at $2120 and 5 at $2295.

I went with a fabric from group 2 and given the August shutdown in Italy, the suit should be ready by September.
