Go to a good men's store or tailor and have a suit made, you will save money in the long run

Wow. THAT is what you got their highly touted measurement process? Ignoring the style options that you chose, the fit is just bad. The jacket length, pants length and vent flaring are enough to suggest that no one took your measurements. At least you got a full-canvassed jacket.

Sorry to be rude, but this is one of the worst suits I have ever seen on here. And that's saying a lot. The fit is terrible, yes, but the styling is also irredeemably bad in every conceivable way. No way these guys are gonna give you a nice looking suit even if given a second chance. Stay well away, I say.

And this is some of the worst advice I've ever seen.

1.) It's his first m2m suit, give him a break
2.) He's already spent the money - logical next step is to ask for a remake as to not lose his investment totally

First of all, I'm not passing censure on a person: I'm criticizing a piece of inanimate cloth and the company who made a mess of it. Second, in suggesting that he opt for a remake, you're not taking into account the opportunity cost of his having to dedicate time and energy toward making that happen (and of his cussing and hair-tearing when -- can there be any doubt about this? -- takes delivery of yet another monstrosity of a suit). Third, since practically all OTR suits, regardless of price, look better than this, and very fine suits can be bought for a song in flea markets and thrift stores, money shouldn't really enter the equation here.
