I'm looking to get shirts MTM. Rather than clogging one of any number of threads with hundreds of posts - I've created a thread. These shirts will be worn to work - business casual. Fire away with questions or suggestions. The goal is to take the dimensions or mail the shirt to China / whoever ;-)

Wouldn't we all like to know what I'm asking =\\ Do either of these shirts fit properly? What notes/adjustments can I add for the maker to tailor a better fit.

Fit is pretty bad.
Shoulders are over an inch wide on both sides.
I am just gonna stop here, the shirts is a couple sizes too big.

Half inch on each shoulder, so one inch less off yoke measurement, or more if you prefer the slim look. Take off from the bicep and armhole anywhere from half inch to 1.5 inch, again depending on what look you want. My 2 cents.

This is what I wanted to hear ;-) Any thoughts on further thoughts on the sleeves, lower hem, body, or anything else I should consider?

It's too large for you. Very ill-fitting in every way. To make all the alterations will probably cost more than the shirt. Significant work is needed. Look at where the sleeve seams hit your shoulders, more than a few inches on each side.

Go try on a shirt that is 2-3 size smaller and take a picture.
