I did some searching, but did not find exactly what I was looking for. I am a student in the city and I am looking for a good MTM service to get 5 or so shirts made. I dont need anything amazing, but I want good quality. Is it possible to get shirts done for under 100 bucks each? Any help would be great.

I'm convinced you didn't do any searching.

If you wish to be measured by someone who is in the business. You will have trouble findidng shirts made in the USA at that price.
that are numerous places that will take your measurements and have shirts made for you in HK/china. Quality and fabrics are sometimes questionable. better fabrics will cost you more then $100 as well.
there are of course a few of the traveling tailors. Not sure what Chan now charges.
