MTM shirt - fixing 'shirt pull'

I'm on my 5th iteration with Modern Tailor making very, very minor adjustments with regards to sleeve, shoulder, etc. All the shirts are very wearable but still not 'perfect'. The last problem I'm trying to fix has to do with the amount of shirt that is pulled out of my pants when raising my arms. I have tried to make the armhole about as small as I reasonably can in an attempt to reduce the amount of shirt pull. This has helped but now I have an interesting problem which would be difficult to photograph. I have some excess fabric under the armpit resulting in a bit of a trapizod-like wing that contributes to excess shirt pull. I don't believe I can reduce my half chest measurement as moving my arms back by any amount will start to exhibit stretching of the shirt across the top part of my chest.

Below are the measurements used to create my last shirt. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Code:
units in inches
collar: 17.75
half chest: 28.5
half waist: 24.0
half hip: 25.0
sleeve length: 27.5
half bicep: 8.5
cuff: 9.0
yoke: 21.0
shoulder: 8.25
shirt length: 32.5
armhole: 9.0
height: 6'3"
weight: 210lbs

Go find a tailor, try on your shirts, and get his opinion. Such measurements are useless to virtual amateurs.

The internet is great but is no substitute for the real world.
