Greetings,
I have located an established clothier nearby in a state not known for an abundance of custom tailors of any kind that has been in business for some time who measures for Freeman and Daniel suits. Apparently they are made in the USA.
The person quoted me costs of the following for made-to-measure:
1. 2-P Suits: $895 to $1795; and
2. Jackets: 995 to 1195 [Holland & Sherry at the higher end].
Does this sound correct reasonable, or is it too high for value given? If the latter, by how much? Finally, is there some travelling tailor--not my initial first choice because they do not usually come to my state--whom you know to have done the same materials for less?
Thanks for your help.
