MTM Chinos & Khakis

So I'm looking for some kind of MTM for Chinos.

At this stage there doens't seem to be much out there. I'm looking for a company that allows me to specify a knee of calf size. Anyone got any experience with this? I can get RL-Polo for about £110 so I'd like to keep the price bellow that where possible.

Surprised this has't had any responses. Looks like I might have to do the leg work and put together some kind of guide for other lonely travellers.
