Bit impossible to search this one (Thomas is a common name).

Has anyone here used Mr. Thomas of Soho (Lexington Street)'s bespoke services?

I was having a suit heavily altered and I am pleased with the results so far (just having the jacket shortened now). He had a bespoke suit he was working on in his workroom and he said a Harris Tweed sportcoat would cost under £900. They're always fully canvassed and done in the workroom, not shipped off anywhere, he said.

So I guess it comes down to how good his eye is etc. I like a suit with a low button stance and high gorge, the suit he was making had a lower gorge than I would like.

I was thinking of maybe getting some trousers made to start with (as my new job has business casual as the dress code, eurgh.), but I don't know how much they would cost, maybe Mabitex or Incotex would be better?

Anyway, what are other's thoughts? Especially if you've used his bespoke service!
