1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Nobody's dictating anything to you. Are you crazy? Maybe autistic.

If your first post wasn't laughable enough (I'm surprised you stuck around for followup), here you're supposing that a longstanding member of the forum (which you only joined to vent) must be a Mr. Porter spy because he questions you?

The thing is, everyone knows mistakes happen. When you order at 5:15 PM and expect it to arrive at 10:30 AM the next day... you're asking for trouble. Murphy's law, you know? Given the way you're so unreasonably blowing this up, I'm inclined to suspect you did something wrong in the first place...

But even if you didn't, this is exactly the kind of instance where you can email customer service for some kind of refund. I don't think you're capable of writing a polite email when you feel slighted, but I'm sure you'll get your money back from the fast shipping as well as some kind of credit for their store. Try spending it on something less time-sensitive.

zippyh, you are new to using your mommy's and daddy's computer, right? No matter how many of you kids try to mock me, it does not change the poor service provided by Mr. Porter. Clearly, anyone who posted an immature comment in response to my unfortunate experience with Mr. Porter knows nothing about running a business. I am guessing you are all too young to even have credit cards, which would explain why you do not realize there are actually good internet sites from which to order. Rather than wasting time with Mr. Porter, patrons will have a much better experience with more reputable companies like Neiman Marcus, Saks, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, etc. I have purchased products from all of these sites without incidence. Mr. Porter is the bottom of the barrel.

BrooksBrothers.com once sent a package of mine to my next door neighbor, and it was a day late to boot (true story). Their incompetence has yet to be brought to justice in bankruptcy court, but i suspect they had already filed. I too look forward to their inevitable going out of business sale...

Regrettably, I counted and I've placed 36 orders with Mr Porter. Many are off-screen (and even same day if you know the feeding frenzy their sales induce). I guess I'm a slow learner. Thank you Chicago Guy for making me realize I've been dealing with such a shitty company.

@Chicago Guy 46, I feel that you should order from www.nomanwalksalone.com, as they will always meet your expectations.

But did you receive any of your orders? If not, you really should have been able to realize without @Chicago Guy 46's help what a shitty company you were dealing with.

Most of those orders were just for the same Drake's pocket square over and over again. At 80% off I couldn't help myself. Like I said, I guess I'm a slow learner.

    Kinda related to Mr. Porter.

Maybe they were too busy partying to deal with your order [IMG]

This thread is suddenly delivering lotsa win.

I unblocked Chicago Guy 46 since the past dozen posts looked like I was missing him, but he's not here. Where's he at? Has his package arrived?

And, repost, because I just can't help myself:

Do you have any experience ordering from FleshLight.com? I am very interested in one of their products but I can't seem to find any reviews on their express/overnight shipping reliability.
