I'd be happy to volunteer.
Will all the cool kids be taking their (Branston pickle?) sandwiches out of a Swaine Adeney Brigg briefcase at lunch now?
I also volunteer, and seeing as how I’m a Catholic whore who needs to visit my black, Jewish boyfriend who works in an abortion clinic, I should immediately get the role!
Sounds like a sketch of a gonzo porno movie. Outfitting you with a manthong should be financially easy, and emotionally wrenching. Not to mention that what is seen cannot be unseen. So... we have your audition tape, and we'll call you if something comes up?
Ha, fantastic. Have you seen the film yet? The catholic whore bit is a line from the film, and if you have not yet seen it, I cannot recommend it highly enough!
The Bremong Alt1-WT in rose gold is quite nice and made good appearance in the movie. Except it costs $24k... which is $18k more than the silver version...
I am already looking forward to its Netflix release for a rewatch
Anyone knows the "oxford" shoes they use in the movie?
I'm guessing these: http://www.mrporter.com/en-us/mens/kingsman/george-cleverley-leather-oxford-shoes/483068
Yes, they are. Look very beautiful. I love the toes.
That's a military abortion clinic, I hear. Hail Satan, and have a wonderful day.
Did anyone notice that Colin Firth described the oxford shoe in the movie as any open-laced dress shoe? Should have been closed-laced?
Colin got it right
"An Oxford shoe is characterized by shoelace eyelets tabs that are attached under the vamp, a feature termed "closed lacing". This contrasts with Derbys, or Blüchers, which have shoelace eyelets attached to the top of the vamp."
Just saw the movie. Violence was a little over the top, but the DBs looked great on Colin. Pretty cool movie overall.
