These look very interesting for $150... I might go try them on after work today.

Called Aldo today (shudder), and apparently Mr. B. IS a diffusion line by the son of Aldo, albeit a more fashion forward/higher end line. Apparently only 6 stores in the US carry their product currently, and they just got this stuff in 2 days ago.

Pretty sure I'm ordering a pair of the cognac boots today, will report back in 5 or so days how I like them!

Well we have two stores in Dallas that has them...Northpark Mall and the Galleria Mall (I've visited both and laid eyes on them...bought mine from Northpark) So I'm surprised that only 4 other stores in the country has them right now. I did visit another mall called Stonebriar in Frisco, TX (another wealthy suburb of Dallas)...and they told me they they won't be getting them.

Just placed an order and DAMN, Aldo's online order form sucks. It ended up erroring my purchase, so it charged my account but didn't give me an order number and failed to register my shipping address. WTF

Wore mine to work today...casual friday. They've felt great all day. (Although i thought the shoe was a bit stiff out the box, they feel very comfortable) No weird creasing or anything that I can see...and I've gotten several compliments on them.

Caressed some today, the leather is meh and the pairs I handled all had some flaws but for $150 or so with a coupon it seems like a really nice winter beater boot.

I picked up a pair today too. They're definitely sold in more than 6 stores. They feel okkk and I think they look great. I actually got the dark brown, but may return them for the cognac. I'm also still skeptical that Aldo sells them. I hope they don't fall apart a month from now.

I wear a 9 1/2 or 10 in most Boots and Dress Shoes and I got these in a 42. I tried the 43 but they felt more like a 10 1/2 or 11.
