If you want to laugh at and lose all respect for Sam Jackson watch this movie.

I actually liked From Dusk 'Til Dawn. Definitely not a date movie, however. Particularly not a first date movie.

Just one more thing I wish I had known beforehand. I might have liked it better had I been with "the guys".

Although, we did sit through The English Patient, The Birdcage, and Hamlet (4 hours and 30 minutes of Kenneth Branagh) not long afterwards - all her choices.

She's been getting a lot of revenge, now that I think of it...

    Superman 4.

I actually rooted for Nuclear Man and hoped he would take Mariel Hemingway to Three Mile Island. We actually skipped classes to see that one, and afterwards we all wished we were back in school.

I liked from Dusk Til Dawn quite a bit, myself. Agreed though - horrible date movie, unless your girl is that 2% that would really enjoy this on a first date.

saw My Super Ex Girlfriend today. Saw it mostly because I was bored in the right area at the time it was on - thought it would blow like there was no tomorrow, but was pleasantly surprised. Some very funny parts, and Luke Wilson's clueless everyman schtick really works for him. Far more watchable than whatever it is his brother was doing in that Dupree movie.

Went for a massage, came home n threw in a couple of DVDs Id not gotten around to seeing. Watched that Vaughn-Aniston Breakup thing. Sucked. Finally watched Wedding Crashers. OK. Funny in parts, misguided in others. Imagine it has some dorm room appeal...

Crank sucked, the only redeeming factor of this movie was the fact that my friend invited a freshly-landed-in-the-US Japanese girl to see it with us. Just seeing how she reacted durring the "Sex in Chinatown" Scene made it all worthwhile

Art School Confidential. I don't understand how a movie with John Malkovitch, Angelica Houston, and Steve Bueschemi could have been this bad. It tried to make a statement without telling a story, the worst kind of movie that blows.

Tonight I saw Click. Moderators you can close this thread now - nothing could possibly out blow what I just sat through. I wanted to blow up the whole theatre just to stop anyone daring to refer this film to anyone else. I mean I was sitting through the movie, half a dozen amusing little scenes here n there, drifts to boredom, im thinking this movie blows....and then....they did the ending that most 8 year olds use in their creative writing stories when they realise they dont know how to end....<spoiler - if u can call it that - follows in white text> THEY DID THE "IT WAS ALL A DREAM" THING.... I MEAN IS THERE ANYTHING WORSE THAN THIS. THIS IS EVEN WORSE THAN AN AMNESIA FLICK. Even the Vietnamese groaned - and they will all be heading out to sing Bryan Adams afterwards. Just abysmal.

Adam Sandler in a movie that blows? I'm shocked, shocked, I tell you...Are you sure it wasn't David Hasselhoff bringing it down?

even Walken annoyed me. Maybe my favorite actor - and recommended by me this morning over in the cameo thread - still managed to be unwatchable.
