Crawling through airducts or crawling into an air vent. I know I'm suppose to suspend belief when I watch a movie but at least be somewhat realistic.

Play video games by mashing the shit out of the controller.
"Hackers" in movies that just randomly tap the keyboard without ever using the mouse.

That's the only ones worth mentioning.

Being in a convertible car with the top down and accidentally going through a car wash

Auto chase ends at a pier, resulting in at least 3 cars going into the water

Men are carrying a large piece of glass/window across the street the same time an auto chase is going on

Chase torments cement worker who is finishing a drying sidewalk.

Man opens door, causing every structure behind the door to disintegrate. Door remains intact.

Man jumps off of bridge. The same moment a flatbed truck full of hay passes underneath, breaking his fall.

Dispassionate female computer voice announces minutes until destruction.

Totally hot chick is a Nuclear scientist

I think this is more in the area of quotation rather than trope.

My point is that the sheet of glass gag, instead of being merely a trope or cliche, is a deliberate reference that assumes the viewer's familiarity with the gag. It's certainly not because construction workers carrying a pane of glass across the street is an everyday occurance-- I don't think I've seen this happen once in real life.

I thought it began with a Chaplin or Keaton film, but tvtropes.com seems to suggest Keystone Kops as the origin.

The movie cliche I dislike most is when hot teenagers are murdered after having sex.

I saw this horror from the '80s called "Chopping Mall", which capitalized on the dual '80s fascinations with shopping malls and robots-- the ones in this movie bearing more than a passing resemblance to Number 5. A bunch of teenagers got locked in a mall, and of course the good-looking, sex-having ones are the first to be offed by the security robots. By the end of the movie, the group is winnowed down to a kid who looks like Conne, and a similarly geeky girl. Is this supposed to be a happy ending!?! All the Connes of the world survive!?! What ever happened to survival of the fittest?

When otherwise 'normal' folks (i.e., it hasn't been established that they are significantly sleep-deprived or whatever) just lie in bed motionless for two or three rings before picking up a tlelphone that rings at some ungodly hour of the night. (Sorry, but everyone I know who's had this experience tends to report bolting upright and grabbing madly for the phone on any occasion when this has happened to them.)

People who die immediately upon being shot/stabbed.

Club/bar scenes where the crowd noise and music is just loud enough to be heard but quiet enough to talk over in a normal speaking voice.
