mother of pearl sleeve buttons

Hi!

I have a blazer with sleeve buttons as in the picture below. I would like to replace these with similar types of buttons but in yellow, red, green and white colours. Does anybody know of someone who sells such buttons? I think the buttons in the picture below are mother of pearl, which looks really good :)

Putting aside the fact that I think this is a bad idea, I don't think MOP takes dye well. I've only seen white, off-white, and smoked pearl buttons. You can get MOP-alike plastic in colors.
