Ok.
So I saw this picture of worn cordovan boots and fell in love. I'm now infatuated with the idea of getting a cordovan boot that I could wear all the time for any setting and with anything. I want to watch it evolve and keep it for years to come. Unfortunately, I don't know of a single boot that meets my criteria. Which is:
-Shell Cordovan
-Can be worn with non-skinny jeans (samurai 5000 kinda jeans)
-Can be worn with trousers and maybe a sport jacket (or even maybe a suit in the GQ sense)
-Rubber sole so I won't bust ****** in the rain
-Goodyear welted
-Not a wholecut, captoe or a full brogue
Is there anything?
