lol, I plan to pick one up next year sometime. Been wanting one since it was my best friends daily beater until he passed. I'd like his, but i dont think it appropriate to ask if i can buy it.

For these guys, I hate to say it, but with watches its all about brands and logos, unlike some of their clothing tastes.

quoted for truth, watches can look very similar to something you would find from Patek, and people will hate it for not other reason than the brand.

Rolex's look like the nicer Swatches, and the Patek's, unless it is something super gaudy like NS88's $500K pink diamond covered one, than it is not worth it; if you're into that

But really, Omega, Rolex...ugly and pointless.

i would say KB's Patek is worth the money and even his Rolex, those are great unique pieces to their brand.
