1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Why not?

For me, Bob Marley. I can think of five better reggae artists off the top of my head (and two played in his band) yet somehow he has become one of the most iconic artists of all time and has the support of legions of American high school and college kids trying to be edgy or some such bullshit.

Absolutely no question that the correct answer is Bruce Springsteen.

I saw him in concert solo once. He didn't do "Born to Run," or any of his most famous radio hits.

Listening to WRNR by any chance? All those stations (XPN in Philly is the same) play the same tired stuff. Middle-aged white guy blues. If they weren't so liberal, Artisan Fran would be a subscriber.

I don't hate those stations but they could be so much better.

And kunk wins this one. U2 U2 U2.

    What an asshole! [IMG]

U2 is IMO, absolutely the single most overrated band of all time.
