What is the most fucked up movie you've ever seen? I've just seen Oldboy and that was pretty messed up. I've also seen Irreversible, but it wasn't that bad.

Synecdoche or however the *******'s spelled... if I'm going on f'ed up (but this not in the traditional sense). Maybe not the most fucked I've ever seen, but certainly the most recent one.

Everything you guys mentioned was really disturbing. I remember finding Straw Dogs pretty disturbing.

What did you find fucked up about Old Boy?.

As an adult I'd say "Irreversible" and "I Stand Alone" maybe the original "Funny Games" also.

As a kid "Time Bandits" totally fucked me up, especially the ending.

Do you mean f-ed up as in a complete waste of a movie? Or as in (adopting my best stoner voice) "man, that's f-ed up"? I thought Adaptation was a pretty f-ed up movie.

Gummo. Watched it in a fourth-year art elective and walked out feeling very dirty. Elephant by Gus Van Sant was also a bit disturbing.

Assuming you guys "like" fucked up movies, you should really watch more Takeshi Miike, and Japanese cinema in general.
