I have found most of my social and psych classes to be interesting. never took any anthropology classes. The most interesting class I ever took was ethics.

Organic Chemistry was easily the most boring. Foodservice Management was pretty bad too.

History of Economic Thought was the worst I've had. I've never come close to falling alseep before in class but every day that class was an 80 minute battle to keep my eyes open.

It's been a while, but the ones I couldn't stand for their dullness, listed by major:

    For physics - Classical Electrodynamics

For economics - Intermediate Micro Theory

For political science - Comparative legal theory

I was asked to leave the first one after a midterm since I was snoring so loudly.

I had a similar class and loved it.

I started to take a Feudal Japanese History class thinking it would be about kick ass ninjas and samurai and shit. It wasn't. Most boring class ever until I dropped it.
