I bought two tickets on eBay to the Morrissey show mentioned above. I live in DC, but I think this Baltimore show will be approximately one thousand times better than the Wolf Trap show. Wolf Trap is cheaper, but capacity is something like 7,000, and it's outside; Rams Head (in Baltimore) is indoors, and only holds about 1,500 people. Plus, you go to see Moz in hardscrabble seaside towns they forgot to close down, not the suburbs of northern Virginia.
Anyway, the friend who was totally down and going to drive us bailed. The backup friend also bailed. Everyone else I know either doesn't like Morrissey, does but won't shell out to go see him, or doesn't drive. Tools.
So, if you:
1) live in the DC area
2) want to go see Morrissey
3) want a deal on a ticket
4) are willing to drive up and back
...drop me a PM. I paid over $100 per for these, but if you supply the ride I'll cut you a deal. Plus, you get to meet the man behind the moniker. I'm usually not into meetups, but will be forever grateful if someone takes me up on this. I really don't want to miss this show. Thanks.
