Morplan Handheld Steamer for UK??

Hi guys, it seems the recommended handheld steamer is the Jiffy esteamer. But it is quite expensive in the UK (£80...) so I have been looking at alternatives. There are not many steamers to choose from in the UK but I have shortlisted two steamers that I would like some suggestions on. 1) Have anyone used the Morplan Handheld Steamer and what do you think about it? I couldn't find many reviews about it at all on google. 2) Another steamer I am considering is the Rowenta steam brush. It doesn't get too many great reviews but the advantage is that it is dual voltage. Hoping to get some feedback on these or would I be better off just buying an upright steamer in my cramped apartment? Thanks in advance.
