Lol, what? Who defecates in the shower?
This reminds me of this episode of Seinfeld:
I may, you are not the first to suggest this, although everyone thinks they're a psychiatrist.
I really do wash my hands every 30 minutes or so, and thoroughly. The first rule of preventing infection, including the common cold, is to wash hands very thoroughly. I've also always been a chronic (blood) nailbiter. These two habits led someone to conclude OCD. *shrug with eyes heavenward*
as long as you do not stink, you are doing just fine brotha!
If you shower just before going to bed, you won't be rolling around in a day's dirt in bed every night... also I read that if you put on deodorant just before bed, it soaks in and dries properly over night, so that you don't get marks under your arms on your shirts.
Face wash is fine, a shower really isn't necessary in the morning if you showered 8 hours before
Wipe... wipe! Paging Monk. Dude. Does everyone get sick because they don't wash their hands every 30 minutes?
Imagine being a doctor. You see sick people every day. They're having colds, influenza, ... Tons of them. Yet you aren't sick for all your life. Why?
I asked my doctor that question. He said it's all about your level of resistance - adequate sleep is the biggie.
do none of you people sweat in bed? ever? am i a freak?!
Exactly. And washing your hands every 30 minutes definitely won't help your resistance.
My neighbor has/had a shower with a toilet in it. No kidding. It was there when he bought the house. Someone had it put in. Very, very odd. It was not in the Master bedroom either, which led us to believe that the guy had some fetish for shitting in the shower, but his wife didn't like it so she made him take it to another bathroom.
My neighbor renovated his bathrooms last month and took it out. I asked him if he ever tried it and he said no. Fracking liar.
So you think. People who don't shower in the morning look grimy. I hope you at lest shower in the morning before you need to fly where someone has to smell you for hours on end. And why are you so clean when you go to bed? Do you never have sex?
I shower in the evenings. Have since age 10 or so. I too don't like feeling like I'm rolling in the day's grime...
Some mornings I will take a super brief shower (no shampoo/body wash) just to wake up. Maybe once a week on average.
I change my bedsheets pretty regularly (once every week and a half or so), which helps me feel like my bed is "clean," I guess.
In the mornings I rinse my face and hair in a sink with warm water, then face wash and moisturize. It's working so far, but I don't have any expert advice on the subject...
u have a facking problem.
it could be worse, you could eat your hair. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,312588,00.html
Face wash. I shower at night. Showering in the morning means waking up earlier than usual, which means less sleep. And I like going to bed clean. During sleep, you´re not gonna get dirty or perspire like crazy, unless it´s relly hot and humid.
