Hello fellow men,

I have recently finished university, always being more of a creative and individualistic type. April I started as a Business Analyst at a small consultancy firm and want to polish my look to be more serious and formal.

Any recommendations what to do with my hair, preferably with pictures? I'm looking for something low maintenance that might even work with no product and just simple blow-dry.

Related sidenote: I have absolutely no facial hair and can grow none whatsoever. Clean shaven face with bushy, thick, self-carrying blonde hair on top.

Do you think shaving the sides would introduce some business flair to it?

I think, you don't have to shave the sides necessarily. Especially since your hair is very fluffy. But I would shorten the sides definitely and would think about to put maybe some coconut styling cream in the morning into the hair. But really only a bit, which will flatten your hair a bit and doesn't harm it like chemical hair styling products.
