Hello,

Just bought these shoes and boots from a thriftstore in Coquitlam (Vancouver). The boots cost me $10 and the shoes cost $6.

The boots were made by a company I haven't heard about. the label in the boot: "Tiverton & Co" and "made in Italy". They have a leather sole and are in great condition. I love the shape of the boot and the aged (patina) finish of the uppers.
Questions: Any information / opinions about the boots and the maker? what is this style of boot called (looks like a jodhpur chukka cross).

The split-toes are made by Florshiem (according to the label). They have a rubber sole and the leather (upper) is soft and supple. I also love the longer vamp (if thats what it is called?). They seem to be a better quality then what I would expect from Florshiem. I have searched the internet and can't find any information about these shoes. I have seen similiar Florshiems but they are not as long-looking and don't have the small leather piece in the heel (covered by the rubber)
Questions: Any information / opinions about the shoes? style name? age?

Thanks ahead of time.

The Florsheim shoes look less than 10 years old. They can be worn with almost any examples of the items you mentioned.

The boots go with rather substantial fabrics, in the categories you mentioned.
