LL AMD Socket A motherboards are fully canvassed. You are thinking of the Celeron motherboards. If you look carefully you can see the fusing on the PPGA:

You could try and flip it on eBay for a few bucks. I am selling my current desktop. Anyone who wants an XP 2000+ on an A7V266-E with 2x256 PC1600 and a GeForce 4 Ti4200 (
