More bad service from Carlo Franco

Has anyone heard from Chuck at Carlo Franco lately? For whatever reason they won't answer any of my emails. I think someone mentioned he just returned from a trip recently and was "behind" on his emails. It has been over six months of waiting (and at least five ignored emails) for either my merchandise or a refund, but at this point any response from them would be appreciated....

Such nice people, and I have always had terrific service from them.

What is Jill's handle on here? I tried Ask Andy and their box is full and can no longer receive messages. I have been trying for months to get responses as well. I got one after about 3 months with promises, then its been 2 more and nothing since.

Then they should put something up on their website. ****, even Ricky from JantZen does that and he's really not known for his top notch service.

I don't know Chuck or Jill, but with all of the problems that I have heard, I would not be itching to buy anything from them.

No loss for me as the ties are not really up my alley anyway.
