Too hard to tell with the pics that don't give you close-up shots of the tags and the hardware. Ebay has tons of these fakes, so be suspicious until you have proof otherwise.

Don't know enough to say one way or another. But there have been a couple of threads on this board or AAAC about Mont Blanc briefcases and in those threads, IIRC those were fakes and avoid like the plague.

Best to buy at the store so you know its geniune.

The seller has GREAT feedback! It seems you have plenty of time, send him an email and ask what his policy is? Then pay with PayPal.

The private bidding thing has alarm bells going off in my head, particularly since the only other item the seller has with private bidding is a pair of true religion jeans, which is also quite commonly faked.

Its fake! Look at the cheap plastic shoulder pad on the sling. Buckle is incorrect too.

i know its not the best of advice, but my rule of thumb is if its off ebay i wouldn't bother.unless you know exactly what to look for, ebay is a minefield off fakes and con merchants imho.thats not to say there aren't bargains to be had or indeed decent sellers, but the amount of fake is quite high and you need to know what your looking for.
