oh yeah, ferragamo does have functional buckle monkstrap dress shoes too.
their Lion model is a monkstrap design though.
I have the double strap design by ferragamo and the bottom buckle is functional, while the top strap has elastic backing.
I get into them like a loafer, with messing with the buckles everytime.
I would rate their comfort in my top 5 shoes.
