I recall that your size wasn't quite right for Lands End, correct? I always recommend them for people looking for a low cost/high quality chino in a variety of colors.

Yep. The waist was a little to big and there was pocket flare/tight hips. If I size up and have everything altered, I might as well go custom with Luxire.

Lands end was one that did not work for me with chinos. I wash cold/hang dry everything, and they shrank very inconsistently. My two go-to’s for the staples are VV Club pants (for the unironed look) and LL Bean Double L Classic fit (for the creased, dressier look). Worn both since college and the fit and quality has stayed consistent.

I just ordered a pair of classic fit and natural fit from LL. I had a pair of these in high school that I liked in a stone color. I hope these work out.

Anyone else stoked for CFB season? I tend to wear more school colors after a loss than a victory. Gotta let em know you’re die-hard. Go Cards!

It’s partly a symptom of coming from the American Atheltic Conference. I don’t think any Louisville fans want to see cupcake schedules ever again. Play the best until you become the best.

As a fan of a team that plays Alabama every year, I would never volunteer to kick my season off to them. It is almost a guaranteed loss. Just not worth it.

Our season ends every year at the Alabama game, it is immensely frustrating.

And the ACC is tough enough, as of late.

Kind of late in posting this, but if anyone is interested, Rancourt dropped the price of their Gilman Camp Moc to $200 for Labor Day (I think the sale ends tonight). I had been looking at them a while and picked up a pair in Carolina Brown.

Pretty good deal for the price- MiUSA, resoleable, and CXL
