Monaco shoes

Hello, I was in the Mexican western-wear store in my neighborhood and noticed some nice looking shoes. They are made in Mexico, called Monaco (Bostoniano, or something like that), and claim, in two places, to be Goodyear welted. Just throwing this out there to see if anybody knows anything about them.
