    @ Sealdoger:

While I like how they look colorwise, they are not really faded much. Do you wear them everyday or just not that active labor.

I've seen how the ER007-MB's can become, would love to see another good faded pair. The contrast can get really awesome.

    Keep rocking them :)

Yup, they have been tapered though.
My life is relatively sedate; I spend most of my time reading, watching movies, and listening to music.

So of course I slept on these 1705. Perfect weight for humidiheat here in HKG.

BIG is sold out, any ideas where I can pick these up at this late stage?

(edit: Or suggest similar weighted better options?)

Try Jay, mail him at sales@blueowl.us. He might be able to get a pair for you.

The 1705's have been a perfect summer jean here in LA. I wear them probably 3-5 times a week, no serious fades, but I am getting some great creasing and lines. Probably soak these within the next 1-2 months, should turn out real nice.

Agreed, the 1705s have been my jeans to wear this summer! I tried contacting Jay previously to see if he could get the 1705 -- don't think he's able to.

I jumped, and I managed to get a pair 32:s in the tapered model. I'm getting them chain-stitch hemmed and then shipped. I'm so excited! I already have a pair of 0701:s that I love, so it's going to be nice to see how the grand indigo fades, especially with the leather strips in the right back pocket. :)

Does anyone think sizing up on context 0701s? I have an opportunity to get them for fairly cheap. I'm a 31 waist and my TTS Sam 710xx is getting a little snug. I'm currently lifting a fair amount as well so that would also impact my waist/thighs. thanks

If you're athletic at all, I wouldn't hesitate to size up 1 on the 701s. Did the same on my 702s and I doubt I've ever had a better jean

I just picked up a pair of BOM006-T's from Jay @ Blueowl.

However, i'd like to get them tapered from the knee down (weightlifter legs - had to size up 1 in the waist to get them to fit around my thighs). I spoke to Jay about getting the pink momotaro thread so i could match the pink inseam, but he said that Momotaro has been pretty tight lipped about it.

Does anyone else have any alternatives? I'd like to preserve the original integrity of the jeans and get the pink thread to match as close as possible.
