1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Did you found a website among the others that was more accurate about measurements?

Telling people you bought a new pair without posting pics is forbidden. Did you know that?
Drop everything you're doing and make some pics before you get banned! GO GO GO GO GO!!!! :p

The measurements will vary somewhat from pair to pair, and each vendor may have different method of taking measurements. I've never bought anything from BiG or Okayama, but I have bought several pairs of jeans from Jay at Blue Owl, and have always found his measurements to be spot on.

Yes, I had Jay chainstitch them at purchase to 33.5" or so. Have shrunk a bit since then.

I've never worn NB before, but I took my normal Nike size in the flyknit trainer. I wear a 12 in the Nike Tiempo, T90 Laser, and CTR360 (all soccer cleats), as well as in the FR3. I took a 12 in the Flyknit trainer after trying on both a 12.5 and 11.5 in the store.

Do any of you happen to have any info on the Momotaro European label? From what I understand the Grand Indigos are part of that label. I picked up a pair of http://r.ebay.com/CjzrQv from Ebay and was interested in seeing if anyone else had any experience with this model. It seems like it just might be exactly the same as Grand Indigos but with white weft.

It is exactly the same indeed, the only difference being the weft.

i have the 0705sp, the top block is quite snug and I can barely button them

Depends. Usually not, but some people have had success.

Have you already soaked them or were they a one-wash model? If they're not sanforized, then there's not a lot of hope of them ever fitting.

As a o/w model, you might be fine in the end.

Personally, I've never seen the point of getting denim so tight you can't button it. It's one thing w/ APC, but Momotaro is notorious for not being stretch prone.

i bought 2 pair with one being smaller size
the waist is okay i can still button them, just the front/back rise
the thigh well maybe a bit more room would be better

I have them too. I couldn't get the top botton on at first, but did after a hour or so. I've now got a good 30+ wears, the top block is still "snug" but it has loosened up somewhat.

do you wear them with slim shirts tucked in? from memory there is a slight man camel toe :S
i guess overall the top block will loosen?

I only have a nudie for reference, and this is my first pair MIJ denim
the nudie stretched out prolly an inch and has been a comfortable compared to new
although the back rise was too long for my liking, it measures about 15~16in compared to 0705sp about 13.75in
the front rise is about the same the nudie being 11in, and momo 10.5in

just got a set 0200sp momo/japan blue colab in size 30. Could not button the top button at first but after two hours I managed to get it up. Been wearing them around the house in hopes of stretching them out for a week but not much luck. Really hope they loosen up.
This is only my second pair of "raw" denim, other pair being N&F Skinny Guy LHT in size 31, which have loosened up more than I assumed(bought a week earlier)
Wondering if I should keep with the 0200sp or ditch them while I can and size up one.
